A sanitary kit helps girls manage their periods with dignity and confidence, allowing them to stay in class and focus on learning. The kit will include:

• Sanitary pads (2–3 sets)

• Underwear (2–3 pairs)

• Soap

• Small towel or face cloth

• Carry pouch or zip bag

• Pocket tissues

• Sanitizer

• Basic menstrual health information leaflet
