Our Resource
Our girls are our gem, the neglected untapped potential. They are naturally talented, resilient, smart and determined. With the right support, we can give these girls the tools to dream bigger, the skills to achieve more, and the courage to stand tall in a world that often forgets about them. Paired with talent, health awareness, and mentorship, education becomes the spark that turns hidden potential into unstoppable change. We believe every girl deserves this chance.
Be the reason she believes in her potential. Take a chance on her.

“Together let us empower minds and shape the futures of one girl at a time.”

Our Programs

Soma Toto
These are our educational programs. To us education is more than a pathway, it is a lifeline. It is the bridge between a young girl’s present reality and the future she dares to imagine. Where education thrives, poverty weakens, opportunities grow, and the cycle of limitation is broken. Our program include:
Distribute Learning Materials
We provide essential educational resources including textbooks, readers, and stationery to support classroom learning.
Mentorship & Career Guidance
This program connect girls with inspiring mentors and professionals who help them set goals, build confidence, and imagine new possibilities.
Scholarship Linkages
This program aims to identify and connect eligible students with bursary and scholarship opportunities to ease financial barriers.
Girls who stay in school are more likely to avoid early marriage, build careers, and uplift their communities. Through this pillar, we are not just educating students, we’re building futures.
Boresha Afya
Good health is the foundation for every girl’s success in school, in sports, and in life. Our health programs focus on awareness, access, and advocacy, equipping girls and their communities with knowledge and tools to live healthy, dignified lives.
Menstrual Health Education & Support
We provide training and sanitary kits, breaking the stigma around menstruation and helping girls stay in school with dignity.
Community Health Dialogues
We bring together parents, teachers, and young people for open discussions around wellness, gender-based violence, and harmful cultural norms.

When girls are healthy, they can dream, learn, and lead. Our Health Pillar helps break cycles of silence, shame, and sickness, making way for a generation that thrives.

Tunza Talanta
Talent is more than just a skill, it is a doorway to opportunity. Suba may not be rich in gold or oil, but it is rich in talent wealth: an abundance of skills, creativity, and potential passed down through generations. From athletic ability to artistic expression, academic brilliance to natural leadership, these gifts are our true riches.
Academic Excellence & Scholarship Support For learners showing academic brilliance, this program provides mentorship, learning resources, and guidance toward scholarships and further education. The focus is on turning academic potential into tangible educational opportunities
Sports Talent Pathways Building on the community’s strong athletic ability, this program identifies and nurtures sports talent particularly among girls through structured training, coaching, and competition.
Kukuza Jamii
At Nyasuba Foundation, we go beyond classrooms and playing fields, we work with the entire community to spark pride, protect the environment, and uplift local culture and talent. Our goal is to create a supportive ecosystem where every girl thrives and every community member plays a role.
Environmental Action
We lead tree-planting drives, climate awareness campaigns, and clean-up events in schools and villages. Through student-led green clubs and partnerships, we promote sustainability, conservation, and climate resilience across Suba.
Cultural Celebrations
We honor and preserve our rich heritage through community festivals, storytelling, traditional music, and dance. These events build pride in identity and give girls space to participate and shine.

A strong community lifts its girls higher. By protecting our environment, celebrating culture, and investing in talent, we’re shaping vibrant, inclusive spaces where youths can lead, express themselves, and belong.
